1. Introduction
OpenRelief is a charity-first initiative designed to enable transparent, sustainable humanitarian relief. The project combines direct donations with revenue-generating research and technology developed under OpenRelief Labs.
2. Mission & Values
OpenRelief exists to fund humanitarian relief in a transparent, accountable, and sustainable manner. The project prioritizes:
- Transparency by default
- Community governance
- Responsible innovation
- Long-term sustainability
3. OpenRelief Labs
OpenRelief Labs is the research and development arm of OpenRelief. Labs focuses on building informational and analytical tools, including AI-assisted market signal systems.
These tools are designed to provide insights only. They do not execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee financial outcomes. Users remain fully responsible for their own decisions.
4. Funding Model
OpenRelief is funded through a combination of direct donations and revenue generated by OpenRelief Labs.
49% of net profit generated by OpenRelief Labs is allocated quarterly to OpenRelief’s charitable initiatives. Direct donations made through OpenRelief are forwarded in full to designated charitable wallets.
5. Governance & Future Token
OpenRelief plans to introduce community participation mechanisms over time, including a future governance token. This token is not currently available and does not confer ownership, profit rights, or investment claims.
